DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS (DAV) VAN PROGRAM - transports veterans by vans from the Ft. Smith area to the
Fayetteville Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center for treatment and back, using volunteer drivers; several pick-up points are
