GOOD SAMARITAN CLINIC:  (615 North B Street, Ft. Smith  479-783-0233) - a low-cost medical clinic whose charges are based on household income and family size.  Open 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 4:30 till 7 p.m. on Tuesdays.  SCHEDULED TO OPEN SUMMER OF 2003.
